Placing Your ID
Badge or Card order!
This
is a very basic process.
1.
Design your card.
Click here for some sample ideas.
You can add:
- Logo
- Photo
- Barcode / Magnetic Stripe
- Signature (we also offer cards with signature panels)
- edge to edge background
Your design can even be just a rough sketch. We have been doing this for
11 Years & have an amazing Clientele.
Then you just FAX, Email or Mail it to us. Click
here for our contact info. We start designing your card the day it's
received. Once your template is created we will email you a screenshot for your
approval.
2. Take your pictures. Any digital camera that takes a JPG works
fine. You then go to your PC's explorer and change the photo file
to the name the person. Images can also be sent in BMP, GIF, TIFF & EPS.
3.
Create an Excel spreadsheet or CSV
and send it to us. We have preformatted one. Click here to download. You
can add as many columns as you like. Do not enter anything in the red columns.
4.
Then you just email the files to secure@id-press.com. Or you may mail a CD,
diskette, even memory card to us.

Template Design &
Proofs
ID Press charges a one
time template and database setup fee of $30.00. This includes one / two revision
to proofs free of charge. This is usually unnecessary if a clear design layout
is provided.
Turn-around Time
Once the proof has been
approved, all orders are on the way to the customer within 3-5 business days.
Database ZIP
ID Press will provide you
with a copy of the ID database with photos on CD and is available for $25.00
Re-orders & Lost
Cards
Once the customer artwork
has been created and the order has been processed, your company template and
employee
database (including the persons image) is then archived on premise. This makes
the reorder process as easy as a phone call away.
